Automated processing of HH.ru applications in Google Sheets
The employer needed to retrieve new HH.ru applications regularly, normalise them into a consistent structure and separate candidates who met the defined criteria.

Connect to the employer API through OAuth, retrieve applications on a schedule, prevent repeat processing and build practical Google Sheets views for review.
What was delivered
- employer OAuth authorisation
- application retrieval through the HH.ru API
- synchronisation every 10–15 minutes
- normalisation of candidate and vacancy fields
- filtering by defined criteria, including region and salary
- duplicate protection across repeated runs
- a master sheet containing all processed data
- a separate sheet for candidates who pass the filters
My role
Designed the data exchange, implemented OAuth and API access, normalisation, filtering rules, deduplication and scheduled execution.
Outcome
New applications arrive in a structured spreadsheet on schedule, while suitable candidates are automatically placed in a separate list. Repeated runs do not duplicate records that have already been processed.
Verification
- The delivered work has been confirmed by the owner; candidate personal data and private vacancies are not disclosed.
