Administrative system for events, payments and attendance

Project brief

Give administrators one place to find events, monitor registrations, paid records and attendance, and send event-related emails and QR materials.

What was delivered

My role

Analysed the existing WordPress structure, developed the administrative interface and calculation logic, integrated email and QR workflows, and diagnosed mail delivery.

Outcome

Operational event data is consolidated in one admin interface. Administrators can find an event, review its associated metrics and use prepared communication templates without manually reconciling data across different sections.
